Refund and Cacellation Policy

At Pack Beyond, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a product or cancel an order. Our policy is designed to assist you with any concerns, whether it’s regarding returns, refunds, or cancellations. This policy applies to all orders placed with Pack Beyond and does not override any legal rights under Consumer Protection Acts.

Refunds & Returns

Since all our custom packaging products are made to order based on customer specifications, we encourage you to inspect your order upon arrival. If you find that the delivered products do not match your approved specifications or are defective, please notify us within 3 business days at orders@packbeyond.com.

Company-Side Defects

If the issue is due to an error on our part, we will reprint and replace the entire order at no additional cost. To process a claim, you will need to:

  • Provide clear digital photographs as proof of defects.
  • Return the entire order within 7 business days (return shipping cost covered by the customer).

Our team will review and determine whether the defect is a result of a manufacturing or printing error. Pack Beyond’s decision on this will be final.

Client-Side Issues

If the defect is due to incorrect specifications provided by the client, Pack Beyond does not offer refunds or reprints. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all provided design files, dimensions, and material choices are correct before approving the proof.

Once an order is approved and enters production, changes or refunds cannot be accommodated. We encourage clients to review proofs carefully before finalizing their order to avoid any discrepancies.

Order Cancellations

Once a proof is approved, your order is immediately forwarded to production.

  • You have a 4-hour window after approval to cancel your order, with a 5% cancellation fee.
  • If you request cancellation after 4 hours but within 24 hours, we will assess the progress of your order and determine if cancellation is possible.
  • Once production has started, cancellations are no longer permitted, and no refunds will be issued.
Alternative Solution:

If an order cannot be canceled but you do not need immediate shipment, we can store your order in our warehouse free of charge and ship it at a later time when required.
